New exploitation training module launched
NSAB, in collaboration with the Norfolk Safeguarding Children Partnership and the Norfolk County Community Safety Partnership, has launched a new training module providing an introduction to exploitation. The module is aimed at frontline staff who work alongside children, young people or vulnerable adults.
The course covers the exploitation of both children and adults - exploring vulnerabilities that potentially increase the likelihood of an individual being exploited. It discusses the different scenarios in which you may encounter children or adults who are being exploited, how to spot the signs of exploitation and what action you can take to keep them safe.
