Full board meetings were initially suspended from March 2020 due to the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic.
A decision was made in April to bring together a smaller executive group to ensure that safeguarding oversight and support in Norfolk was maintained.
The eight members represented the local authority, police, Healthwatch, OPCCN, health, district councils and a locally elected Member, with Joan Maughan as the independent chair.
These meetings began in May, and because of the unpredictability of Covid, the executive group continued to meet every other month where there was a need.
Full board meetings resumed in July 2020, and take place every two months, as usual.
