New Domestic Abuse Statutory Guidance
The Home Office has just released Domestic Abuse Statutory Guidance which helps give understanding to the definitions of domestic abuse and personally connected, as set out in the Domestic Abuse Act 2021. The guidance also shares standards and promotes best practice.
