Carers Matter Norfolk review
Norfolk County Council is evaluating the impact of its Carers Matter Norfolk service. They have designed a short survey with researchers at the Institute of Public Care at Oxford Brookes University to understand the experiences of professionals, and the views on the effectiveness of Carers Matter Norfolk.
The survey takes 5-10 minutes to complete and Norfolk County Council would be grateful to hear your thoughts on support for unpaid carers in Norfolk - even if you're not familiar with Carers Matter Norfolk. Your views will help them understand the impact of their transformation programme and where there are gaps in their provision.
They would like to hear from as many professionals as possible, including the voluntary sector and community based organisations.
