If you are interested to know more about the types of referrals that are received by the Norfolk Safeguarding Adults Board by referrers using the Safeguarding Adults Review (SAR) form, then the attached infographic will help give you an overview.
You will see that most of the referrals come from adult social services staff. We are keen to hear from other agencies, such as housing for example, if they feel that the case meets the criteria for a SAR, and urge them to complete the SAR1 referral form.
