MCA/DoLS guidance has been updated

The Department of Health and Social Care's (DHSC) emergency the Mental Capacity Act (2005) (MCA) and deprivation of liberty safeguards (DoLS) during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic guidance was updated on 29 May 2020.

Most importantly, additional guidance has been published, addressing a number of key points in a FAQ style including (1) testing; and (2) emergency health powers.
