Pressure ulcer guidance
The Department of Health and Social Care has withdrawn its guidance titled 'Safeguarding adults protocol: pressure ulcers and the interface with a safeguarding enquiry', because it is out of date.
Their advice is that practitioners and managers should refer to local procedures around the prevention of pressure ulcers.
