The Alzheimer's Society have launched six new Easy Read resources, featuring simple words and images to help everyone understand dementia.
Dementia can be difficult to understand. But it’s important that everyone can recognise dementia symptoms, know how to get a diagnosis, and have access to care and support.
The Easy Read resources have been designed with this in mind. They consist of five booklets and one poster, all produced with people with learning disabilities and health and care professionals.
You can access them all on our website; The first two booklets and the poster can be ordered from our website with the other three booklets available to order later in November.
