Local authority area data profile: Norfolk
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) publishes a profile for each local authority in England. These profiles give a picture of the health and social care system in each local authority area, bringing together data to give a picture of how different services work together. The profiles focus on the care pathway for people aged 65 or over living in these areas.

CQC originally created the profile to support their work to carry out local system reviews. On their own, the profiles do not imply a judgement about how well systems perform. It's important to also look at a wider range of indicators and information held locally.
