Learning Lessons from Safeguarding Adults Reviews 29/30 March: places available
There are a few spaces left on the Learning Lessons from Safeguarding Adults Reviews workshop, which takes place over two afternoons on 29/30 March.
The reviews are conducted when a service user has died or experienced serious harm and there are concerns about how agencies have worked together to safeguard the person. The aim of the workshop is to enable practitioners, in a supportive, blameless environment, to understand the key themes emerging from the reviews and to be able to reflect on what the learning means for their practice.
