Helping to promote the plan

Last week NSAB's Board Manager gave a presentation to 50 plus colleagues at the Norfolk and Suffolk Care Support providers meeting, on how partners can help use and promote NSAB's strategic plan. Afterwards Mary Morgan the manager from Merle Boddy House Mid Norfolk Mencap's residential home got in touch.

It was exciting to hear how she is planning to involve residents and the staff team in their next quality assurance questionnaires (looking at safeguarding) and how she will be taking the plan to the next trustee board meeting.

Here are 3 simple actions your organisation can take to help promote the NSAB plan:

  1. Look at pages 8, 9 & 10 of the plan: what does your organisation already do which supports it? Let us know and we will publicise what you are doing.
  2. Ask your senior management team to review the strategy. 
  3. Download 2 copies of the strategy from the website & send them to other organisations you work with
