HEAR campaign - White Ribbon Day

The Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Group in Norfolk is running a NEW campaign for White Ribbon Day (25 November 2020).  It is asking organisations across the county to sign their pledge and make simple changes to policy which will help their employees who might be suffering domestic abuse.

NSAB urges its safeguarding partners and networks to speak with their organisations and sign-up to the pledge.  We also encourage you to speak with employers that you know about signing up to the pledge too.

White Ribbon UK is part of the global White Ribbon movement to end male violence against women. Each year thousands of people stand up, speak out and say no to violence against women. This year is more important than ever with a significant increase in violence, harassment and abuse towards women during the coronavirus pandemic.  We urgently need to work together to prevent violence and make sure our communities and homes are safe for everyone. Despite the pandemic there are lots of ways to show your support. Visit the White Ribbon website for your Action Pack.
