Guidance for police and practitioners regarding the legislation under Part 2 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 has been updated to reflect changes made to the 2003 Act by the Anti- social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. This guidance also reflects recent changes to the notification requirements under the 2003 Act made by the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Notification Requirements) (England and Wales) Regulations 2012.
