FREE Webinar - LBT survivors of domestic and/or sexual violence: an introduction

One of the events as part of the National LBT Women's Health Week (8th-12th March, beginning on International Women's Day and continuing for the rest of the week) is a FREE webinar on LBT Survivors of Domestic and/or Sexual Violence: An Introduction

In this FREE session Catherine Bewley from Galop, the UK’s LGBT+ anti-violence and abuse charity, will provide an introduction to the experiences and needs of LBT women and non-binary people who have experienced domestic abuse and/or sexual violence.

LBT and non-binary people are particularly invisible within service provision and they often feel that their particular experiences, needs and perspectives are not well understood. This session will provide an introduction for health and VCSE professionals who may work with LBT women experiencing domestic and/or sexual violence who want to recognise and respond more effectively to LBT and non-binary survivors.
