County lines: criminal exploitation of children and vulnerable adults, promotional material

The Home Office is undertaking a range of work to raise awareness of what county lines (and associated criminal exploitation) is. This promotional material has been developed to support frontline staff, letting agents and landlords understand the signs to look for in potential victims, and what to do about it.
