Adult social services is the lead organisation in preventing and identifying possible abuse and, as part of this work, it hosts the Norfolk Safeguarding Adults Board.
The board is made up of partner agencies, including representatives from: acute hospitals, adult social services, police, CCGs, Norfolk Fire & Rescue, Police & Crime Commissioner's Office, probation service, public health, University of East Anglia, Healthwatch, the voluntary sector and a local councillor.
