NSAB has updated the Raising a Safeguarding Adults Concern Checklist. This checklist contains all the information you need when raising a safeguarding adult concern.
We know that it is often a stressful conversation and you may forget vital information when you make the call. Do not worry if you do not have all the information below. Concerns will still be considered even when some of this information is not available.
Please download copies of the checklist and share with your colleagues and teams. Put a copy on the office noticeboard so you can find it easily next time you raise a safeguarding adults concern.
