Transitional safeguarding mapping request
Transitional safeguarding is a joint priority between the Norfolk Safeguarding Adults Board and the Norfolk Safeguarding Children Partnership. As part of work undertaken by the Transitional Safeguarding Strategic Group, a mapping exercise is being carried out to help understand the prevention offers for children and young adults aged 16 to 25, who are non-care experienced and non Care Act eligible, as they move into adulthood.
The subgroup is seeking information about services, programmes, interventions, projects and community based offers that contribute to prevention, early help, risk reduction, resilience building and safety planning and would be grateful if you would complete a very short survey.
The group are keen to capture not only statutory services but also voluntary, community and grassroots provision that supports successful transition into adulthood.
