Review into abuse at Mendip House, Somerset published
A Safeguarding Adults Review (SAR) published by Somerset Safeguarding Adults Board calls for nationwide changes to the way care placements are managed. The report find people with autism living in a care home in Somerset were taunted, bullied and humiliated by staff.
