Webinar to showcase the professional reporting portal 19 May
Norfolk County Council is hosting a Shaping the Market session on Tuesday 19 May. The aim of the event is to showcase the revised safeguarding adults professional portal that went live at the end of April.
The portal has been significantly improved and updates include improved performance and reliability, a redesigned and more intuitive form, clearer and more consistent language and a substantial reduction in the number of questions asked.
The session will include a walkthrough of the updated portal and a two-way conversation with representatives from the safeguarding team giving the opportunity to share feedback.
While the main audience will be care providers as the most frequent users of the portal, it will be useful for any professional reporting a safeguarding concern in this way.
The session starts at 11am and finishes at 12.30pm and will be via MS Teams.
