Scams Awareness Fortnight 15 – 28 June 2020: Please get involved
This year's Citizens Advice's Scams Awareness campaign is fast approaching, but there’s still plenty of time to get involved.
Given all of the uncertainty created by the Coronavirus crisis, it’s more important than ever that people know how to protect themselves and others from scams.
Citizens Advice have provided ALL the resources you need to help you campaign during Scams Awareness Fortnight 2020 and beyond. A more detailed campaign briefing is now available on the Citizen Advice website along with a messaging toolkit. Posters, leaflets, a social media pack, and more will be available next week, and they will continue to add materials in the run up to the campaign.
If you haven’t already, please let Citizens Advice know you’re taking part, so they can help highlight your work. Whether you are participating across the whole fortnight or just for a day, every effort helps to equip people with the knowledge and confidence they need to tackle scams.
