New website for Norfolk Trusted Trader
Many of you will have heard of Norfolk Trusted Trader, Norfolk County Council's approved trader scheme, which helps to protect residents from rogue traders. It has just launched a new website which includes:
- the possibility for consumers to leave reviews on the website
- a dedicated support line for consumers and businesses
- an online portal for scheme members to be able to ask for Trusted Trader support and assistance and upload photos and videos of work to their profile page
- continued free access to an alternative dispute resolution scheme
