National Phishing Campaign
The National Cyber Protect Phishing Campaign, starts Monday July 11th, and running all week up to and including Friday July 15th 2022.
Phishing remains a persistent threat faced by both individuals and businesses across the UK, over 12m suspicious emails have been reported to the Suspicious Email Reporting System (SERS) since its launch in April 2020. On Monday 11th July, Action Fraud is launching a national media campaign on phishing. The aim of this campaign is to raise awareness of how members of the public can report suspicious emails and texts, as well as what happens with those reports.
Follow the campaign on Action Fraud's social media accounts. There will be different posts daily on how to report suspicious emails and texts which you can share with your community to help raise awareness to tackle these issues.
