Funding to Raise Awareness of Loan Sharks - Imminent Deadline

England Illegal Money Lending Team (IMLT) is inviting applications to its Stop Loan Sharks Community Fund. Applications are invited for projects costing up to £5000 which enable local organisations to fund community projects that actively reduce crime and disorder and raise awareness of loan sharks.
The fund is formed of money seized from illegal money lenders under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (POCA).
Last year approximately £141,000 was awarded to 37 initiatives.
