Free seminar on dealing with distressing calls
We're pleased to announce that Martyn Richards, deputy director at Norwich Samaritans, is presenting a seminar for us on dealing with distressing calls. In his role at Norwich Samaritans, Martyn is responsible for outreach. In the seminar on 10 March, Martyn will give a summary of what Samaritans do, how they cope with hearing distressing calls and he will also share some tips on good listening practice.
