Fraud and doorstep crime awareness raising
With fraud and doorstep crime rising to alarming levels, greater awareness needs to be given around communities, and people reminded of what to look out for.
Operation Repeat is being delivered nationally to share the message around scams and fraud. Here, at NSAB, we were joined by Reg Burrell in 2024, who provided our locality safeguarding groups with a very informative presentation around scams and fraud. Reg has also delivered to health and social care workers in both the public and private sector, safeguarding teams within the police, community nurses, church groups, the Women's Institute, over 55s meetings and county care organisations.
