New services to help and support people across Norfolk who are struggling with loneliness and isolation
A range of new services to help and support people across Norfolk who are struggling with loneliness and isolation have been launched. The services started in December and are now accepting referrals for adults aged 18+.
Individuals referred may gain support from a ‘Life Connector’ who work directly to provide coaching, practical advice and support to help people make and maintain relationships and strong links within their community. The services will also seek to grow resilience and assets within communities.
