East of England Local Safeguarding Adult Boards - FREE webinar series 2021-22
The eight East of England Safeguarding Adults Boards (SABs) are pleased to announce their 2021-22 FREE webinar series. The webinars aim to share learning on a range of themes emerging from Safeguarding Adults Reviews (SARs) undertaken and lessons learned during COVID-19.
The themes have been identified as ones which will have relevance and interest within the East of England.
Who should attend?
The webinars are aimed at Board / sub group members, adult safeguarding leads and anyone with an interest in adult safeguarding. These webinars offer the following learning objectives:
- to provide a short briefing on a theme
- to explore the topic in relation to emerging issues from the pandemic response
- participants to discuss and identify relevant lessons for their organisation / Board
- enable multi agency learning
We are hosting the first webinar on Wednesday 28 July on the topic of Domestic Abuse/ Coercion and Control with Luke Hart, Cofounder, Co Co Awareness.
