Non-engagement & missed appointments procedure from Norwich & Central Norfolk MIND
Earlier in the year NSAB’s Safeguarding Adults Review Group received a referral which did not meet the criteria for a full Safeguarding Adult Review. However, there was some important learning from the case. One positive outcome was the development of a ‘Non-engagement and missed appointments procedure’ by Norwich and Central Norfolk Mind.
This policy helps support staff in these situations and will be helpful to other services to adapt as necessary.
